Firewing is the first book that I read in quarter 3. It's about some bats that accidentally go to the Underworld of Cama Zotz, the God of the Vampirum Spectrum (a kind of bat that eat other bats in this story). The story start with Griffin-son of a hero to the Silverwing bats named Shade. Griffin is a coward and doesn't dare to do anything but his best friend, Luna is good at everything from hunting to flying. Compare to others' fur, Griffin's fur looks silly. He don't want to be a loser and his father is a hero so he had an idea of stealing fire of human and share that idea with his best friend Luna but when he stole it by a small branch, then it burned so fast that Griffin has to drop it while he is flying and Luna was unnderneath him so it burned Luna. Then Griffin fell so bad that he flew ender the tree that all the Silverwing bats live then fell asleep down there. But there's an earthquake then rocks and dirt fell down there. While Griffin was trying to get out of there, a hole come from hell sucked him down there. After that, Griifin's dad came down there too. Griffin met Luna down in hell and at last, they all come back to the surface and Luna was alive again but Shade died in hell. now he's just a soul on the surface.
